                                    Designed and implemented youth peer counseling program.

Organized summer camps, basketball leagues, and holiday events,

connected community members with city, state and federal services.

1990-1996       Founder and President of Chew/Chelten Improvement Association

Organized the community to solve issues relating to crime, drugs, abandoned properties. Established and coordinated youth sports and development programs.

Supervised teaching artists and structured the curriculum, which included painting, sculpture, drawing, ceramics and silkscreen printing.

Developed workshops for neighborhood graffiti artists.
